2. If you ordered a product by mistake or want to return the product, all your purchase is subject to the following product return condition:

• The query for return of payment must be in 7 days from the day of the purchase.

3. Return conditions and process;

• The buyer must ask for return of the payment in 7 days from the day of the purchase.

• 20EUR fee for domain registration costs and pre-payment of hosting will be deducted from the amount paid.
